The last structural changes to the present building were made in 1973 and 1976. We are desperately in need of a new center. Here's why.

Our building hosts over 70 programs designed to meet the social, educational, physical, and recreational needs of adults 50 and older. We register an average of 50 new members a month, and our membership is approaching 3,000. We're bursting at the seams!

We're ready to move forward. A program of personal growth...by design. This will be our focus. We're changing our name to Bayside Adult Community Center, and we're opening our doors to all adults and expanding our programs to meet the needs of a growing population in Grand Traverse County.

We will support the intellectual, spiritual, physical, recreational, and well-being of a;ll adults in our community. We'll provide a meeting space for established groups. We will develop new, trend-setting groups and we will offer community space for civic groups and others. We will be a place for our adult community to meet, greet, and grow.
