Who Is Eligible?
Services
are available to residents of
IS THERE A CHARGE?
There
is a $10.00 per month service fee for all millage supported programs.
This
fee may be waived depending on total household income.
IN-HOME SERVICES
In-Home
Services consist of a variety of programs including personal care, respite,
homemaking, and chore services. Medication
management and foot care are also available.
These enhanced services are provided through Care Management or on a
private pay basis.
