G.A.L.S Empowerment Group

The Traverse City Senior Center is hosting the (Gracious, Adventurous, Liberated and Sassy)  group with  Marti Copplestone, formerly of Just Imagine.  This inspirational class uses the creative process with laughter, dance, movement and art to "be the best we can be."  Participants will engage in various forms of creative movement and art to express themselves and empower others.  Sessions are held Thursdays from 4 pm – 6 pm at the Traverse City Senior Center.  Each session will cost $5 per week.  Drop-ins are welcome, please call by the day of class to register.
