DEMENTIA CAREGIVER PEER SUPPORT
The
Alzheimer’s Association is pleased to offer a new Caregiver Peer Support
program. Each Tuesday, beginning October 6, 2009 from 1:00 PM– 4:00 PM
volunteers with first-hand experience in care-giving for their loved ones, who
have a Dementia diagnosis, will be on hand at the Traverse City Alzheimer’s
Association office to provide
support, answer questions and assist in linking to community resources. No
appointment is necessary and the service is free.
